In the event that you request a reminder for an PTI appointment in the foral territory of Navarra, your data will be processed by the entity TÜV Rheinland Navarra, S.A. with address at Soto de Aizoain, s/n, Polígono Industrial Mercairuña, Pamplona (Navarra) and CIF A-31236128 and if the appointment has been requested in the territory of Catalonia or the Balearic Islands, your data will be processed by TÜV Rheinland Certio, S.L.U., with registered office at C/ Pau Vila, 22, 3rd floor, San Cugat del Vallés, Barcelona, with CIF B-65081820.
Likewise, we inform you that you can withdraw your consent at any time. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, limitation of treatment, and, in the event that the treatment is carried out by automated means, and whenever technically possible, the right of data portability in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, duly proving your identity by writing a letter or email to the registered office of the company with which you requested an appointment for the MOT (TÜV RHEINLAND IBÉRICA S.A., TÜV Rheinland Navarra, S.A. or TÜV Rheinland Certio, S.L.U.), or through the email address: dpr@es.tuv.com to the attention of the DPR.
