The Julián Camarillo ITV station has recently implemented a solar energy self-consumption system, in line with TÜV Rheinland's commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency.
This installation is part of a national project that allows various stations to cover part of their electricity demand with clean and renewable energy. In the case of Julián Camarillo, solar generation will significantly reduce the consumption of conventional sources and avoid CO₂ emissions.
In addition to the positive environmental impact, this measure contributes to the optimization of operating costs in the medium and long term, aligning with the group's strategy.
Rodrigo Radovan, Director of the Mobility Area at TÜV Rheinland in Spain, remarks: “This station demonstrates that technological innovation and environmental responsibility can go hand in hand. Sustainability is an essential pillar for the future of our company.”
The Julián Camarillo station will continue to provide its services with the highest quality, now with an even smaller environmental footprint.
The Julián Camarillo ITV station adopts a solar self-consumption system, supported by a grant from the national energy transition program. This initiative strengthens its commitment to sustainability and significantly reduces CO₂ emissions.
